No love for linux; bug reports

Hi list!

It’s been a long time, so I repost about the issue

is driving me mad (because I don’t have a patch to fix it),
but it is very real, reproducible and a complete game breaker.

I would be very, very, very grateful if someone would take a look at
those.

I understand, that iOS and Android are primary targets for SDL2, but
Linux is still an important OS, it needs your love.

And, much more trivial, and not related to linux are those 2 bugs, can
someone commit them in/comment on them?
