Hey, I just got my Ubuntu rig set up with an NV6600GT and the Ubuntu
package for NVidia drivers. UT2004, Tux Racer, GLXgears and the like
all work fine.
However, if I try to run my SDL/GL application or the nehe SDL/GL
demos, all I get is a black window with an unnaturally high
frame-rate. Is there something I’m missing with the NVIDIA linux
drivers?–

Ah, I see what the problem is now. I had to install the nvidia-glx-dev
package so I could target NVidia’s GLX rather than the reference
implementation.On 7/19/05, mike stedman <@mike_stedman> wrote:
