OpenBSD AltiVec fix pending in bug tracker

I had submitted a patch for SDL to allow it to be able
to detect the presence of AltiVec on OpenBSD/powerpc.

http://bugzilla.libsdl.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1434

I was waiting on this being dealt with to get an
idea of whether I should submit any further patches.

Was this just an oversight or should I be submitting
patches to the mailing list?–

Submitting them to both Bugzilla and the mailing list is currently
recommended. Contributors are currently working on figuring out how to
maintain SDL appropriately given its wide scope and community support.
Hang in there
