OpenGL with SDL on OSX: can't find gl.h and glu.h?

I’m trying to move a project from MS VC++ to Project Builder in OS X.
I’m having trouble with that.

I downloaded the SDL development package for OS X and installed that.
I built the included demo using Project Builder and that worked. I
created my own SDL project (using the Project Builder SDL project
template which the SDL dev. package created) and added my source.
That doesn’t build because it can’t find the gl.h and glu.h headers.

I added the OpenGL framework, which includes those headers, but
Project Builder still says it can’t find the headers. What do I need
to do get an SDL project to build in Project Builder in OSX if I
include gl calls in my source ?

Use SDL_opengl.h

Apple places its gl.h in an odd place, try this:

#include <OpenGL/gl.h>

Note that in the case of SDL 1.2.4 or later (or was it 1.2.3? I forget)
you can use SDL_opengl.h as Max has suggested in his reply. On Thu, Jan 31, 2002 at 03:11:57PM -0500, Allen W. Ingling wrote:

Joseph Carter No conceit in my family

Now I can finally explain to everyone why I do this. I just got $7 worth
of free stuff for working on Debian !
