Patch for IPv6 support

Hello,

I have a patch to add support for IPv6 in SDL_net and was wondering if
anyone was interested.

Actually, the patch is Simon Howard’s and is located at
http://www.soulsphere.org/projects/ipv6/, but his patch didn’t work
right out of the box with the latest SVN revision of SDL_net (as of
r2632). So I made some required modifications (mostly adjusting line
offsets) and now it seems to work.

I’ve sent him an email too to notify him of the changes (although the
message is oriented more towards PrBoom’s IPv6 support).
