[PATCH][SDL_egl] Allow creation of versioned and core profile OpenGL API contexts through EGL

Hello.

I have writted a patch to SDL_egl to allow the use of the
EGL_KHR_create_context extension if it is available. This allows us to
specify the minimum OpenGL requirement as well as the core or
compatibility profiles.
