Patch to potentially fix threading issues with Android RWops

I’ve uploaded a patch for bug 1422 (
http://bugzilla.libsdl.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1422), can anyone who was
experiencing threading problems with Android RWOps give it a go and report
back?
