Pcx loader

Hi,

I’m using the bitmap loading function in SDL and was curious if there
would be a possibility of adding a pcx loading function similar to it.
I prefer the pcx’s for size, and was just curious.

I was going to do much the same myself. I have PCX loading code, but it’s
stuffed inside of a C++ class. I might work on converting it this week some
time.
