PiCK files?

Does anyone know how to deal with a pck file?
i think it contains sequential textures,
but i can’t find anything code to get at it…

any help would be greatly appreciated…

Well, using a few off-the-shelf bolt-ons, it was fairly easy to decode
the X-Com III backgrounds and tilesets (there’s an SDL library somewhere
that converts pcx files to surfaces), and I made a rudimentary (and far
too slow) engine to display a map of those tiles, and to play the audio
files (although I’ve written my own mixer for Exult since then).

Oh, and thanks for the comment about Exult. We’re all very proud of it.
