I have written an open source plug-in for Gadget-1.1

that can be used to generate movies. It does 3D
rotations and zooming so far. It can handle well over
a million particles on a 800Mhz PIII
It is written in C (Gadget-1.1 is also written in C)
and has been compiled and tested on Windows (Cygwin)
and Linux (RedHat 7.1).
