Pong input (was (no subject))

Curantly i am trying to make an pong clone, using sdl with opengl. But I
have hit a road block. I can’t figure out how to make the paddle move when
the user presses a key, then stop when he releses it. Does anyone know how
to do this?

I did a quick&dirty pong game using ogl and sdl, it’s at

learn from. It’s under the gpl, so feel free to rip parts as long as you
comply with the license :slight_smile: I think it’s written pretty cleanly and
understandably, but if you have any questions I’d be happy to answer them.
