Portable Clipboard Library?

Hi there,
Ayone knowing of a portable (win/linux/mac) clipboard library? It should
support at least some sort of GetText and PutText function. Or can this be
found in one of the SDL libraries already and I’m too lame to find it?

I’m pretty sure that Qt has this functionality… but (of course) it doesn’t
