I have written a simple SDL application on Mac OS X 10.3. The program
will not recognize SDL_KEYDOWN event types. What issues are using key
events on the Macintosh, and how can they be resolved?

I dont’ have that problem on 10.3.4, what revision are you running and
how did you install SDL (and, assuming that this could in fact be your
fault, could you tell us what popular SDL programs also have this
problem on mac os x, or short of that, post your own source code so
