i need some help on a problem i’m having. i’m trying
to compile zsnes but keep getting the error
/usr/lib/libSDL.a: could not read symbols: File format
not recognized
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
gmake: *** [zsnes] Error 1
any help would be greatly appreciated…__________________________________________________

Have you compiled SDL based code before on this machine?
What is the size of /usr/lib/libSDL.a?
