Proposal: Merge mailing lists

The SDLplus and SDL mailing lists were separated because many people didn’t
want to hear about general game discussions on the primary SDL mailing list.
Many of the questions bridge both SDL and SDLplus in content, so it’s very
hard to know which list is appropriate for posting questions.

I propose merging the two lists since separating them hasn’t really done
any good.

Any thoughts?

Maybe it’s time for the newsgroups:
alt.fan.sam.lantinga
alt.fan.sam.lantinga.can.i.betatest.civ3.now?
