Hi,
A few weeks ago, I asked Sam about a book on SDL, and he told me (like
several others people did) that there wasn’t enough to write a book.
Actually as 1.2 is not released yet I still think that it’s too early to
write a book based on SDL. I think the futur author of a book should wait
for a couple of months. But maybe I’m wrong

well, Andre Lamothe is quite a good writer… but his
programming gurus is not so interesting…only the ai part
is okay. The DirectX part is just another explanation of
the SDK documentation, and he is not giving tricks… I
hope a book covering SDL would be better… have fun…
