SDL 1.3 on Mac - how to use a nib?

SDL 1.3 on Mac removes the need for a special main() and an SDL-specific
NIB file, which is great.

Can I force it to use one if I want to? I’m not sure where the menu is
coming from or how I can capture menu interactions, so I’d like to hook
up a NIB.

Same goes for the About box? I’d like to override it with my own.–
