it seems that SDL includes kernel headers in XF86DGA2.c to map physical
memory when X server uses framebuffer. It’s bad ! One shouldn’t include
kernel headers in userspace !
I suggest that this function DGAMapPhysical should be reworked. Perhaps
there is a better way to handle this ???
