SDL and Text-to-Speech

Hi everyone,
I’m sorry if this is commonly asked (I’m a newbie when it comes so SDL) but is
there any SDL text-to-speech extension out there? Preferably one which works in
a Win32 evironment?

I do not think so, but there is no reason why you can not use SDL in
combination with some other library, one that does what you want, for
example.
