SDL createwindow without minimize and Maximize buttons

Hi,

I need help in creating an SDL window without Minimize and Maximize button but with Only Close button. I also need the SDL window to be resizable. Could you help how to create SDL window without Minimize and Maximize button but with Only Close button.
