currently possible, so I will ask about SDL 1.3.
Is it possible to compile SDL 1.3 on cygwin without using “no-cygwin” option
and using the POSIX layer?

Using the X11 driver, I can’t think of an obvious reason why this
shouldn’t be possible (even with 1.2)? It might not work right out of
