Could it be that you’re not using the latest version of SDL (1.2.11)?
Regarding my SDL_CreateCursor issue, the problem turned out to be
that I wasn’t using SDL 1.2.11.
I suggest if anyone has an inexplicable problem, the first thing they
do is check they have the latest version of SDL.
