SDL doesn't compile with DX5 anymore

Hi,

I think the filename dx5video is not correct anymore. SDL doesn’t
compile with DirectX 5, because Gamma support is only in DirectX 7.
Am I correct or wrong?

You are correct. I need to fix the gamma support so the file will
compile (but not use gamma) when built with DirectX 5.
