After noticing the 20th or so mail on this list, I wrote a little
entry for the FAQ. This is a quick summary, so please comment is something
important is missing

BTW, everybody feel free to write up FAQ entries! I’ll add them and make
any necessary corrections!
Andreas, it would be great if you could write a FAQ database.
The current FAQ listing is in ~slouken/src/SDL/faq/
