SDL Fullscreen bug?

If I make a fullscreen window at 640 x 480 it will
crash on exit. (win98, nvidia Riva TNT(crap I know))
My desktop is 800 x 600.

I can’t seem to figure out what it is… haven’t seen
it happen before, and it for sure doesn’t happen on
winXP with a geforce3.

It won’t crash if I alt+tab away, then come back, and
then hit escape to quit. When at 800 x 600 fullscreen,
or in windowed mode, it works fine. But if I start it
up, wait a minute and hit escape, it will crash. Maybe
I’m initializing something wrong? I’m using code right
from the docs.__________________________________
