This is designed to read from a MIDI device and translate the MIDI events
into SDL events.

Alright, in the name of preventing anymore projects from being hosted on
GeoCities, I thought I’d let everyone know that icculus.org hosts open
source projects for free, without the obnoxious banner ads and popups.
