SDL_mixer and SMPEG configure error

Hi,

Well if you try to copile SMPEG 0.4.4 and SDL_mixer 1.2 under Mandrake 9.0
with gcc 3.2 it will fail at linking time because of missing -lstdc++

So un update of the configure.in file should be planned in order to link
against with -lstdc++
