SDL_mixer bugfix

Hi,

in the timidity config.h is a small bug which causes it to not work when
compiled with VisualC++. At the place where endianesses is defined it
only checks for WIN32 but in VisualC only _WIN32 is defined. Here is
the small patch. Sorry, it’s not a diff, it has to be changed manually.
BTW, is SDL_mixer also in CVS?

#undef LITTLE_ENDIAN
#undef BIG_ENDIAN

if __BYTE_ORDER == __LITTLE_ENDIAN

define LITTLE_ENDIAN

elif __BYTE_ORDER == __BIG_ENDIAN

define BIG_ENDIAN

else

error No byte sex defined

endif

#endif /* linux */

/* Win32 on Intel machines */
#if (defined(WIN32) || defined(_WIN32))
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Here is the change.

define LITTLE_ENDIAN

#endif
