SDL Mixer docs contain link to outdated SDL 1.2 style tutorial

Hi *,

The SDL Mixer docs contain a link to an outdated tutorial with lots of
SDL 1.2 code: http://www.libsdl.org/projects/SDL_mixer/docs/index.html
(link is http://www.kekkai.org/roger/sdl/mixer/ )

While the tutorial seems nicely verbose, it does probably confuse
people due to the SDL 1.2 code. (Someone just turned up on IRC asking
whether SDL Mixer is meant to be used with SDL 2 at all because of this)

Therefore, it should probably be removed and possibly linked to a SDL
2 tutorial instead. Or a note should be added that part of the code
doesn’t work with SDL 2 anymore, but the audio calls still work the
same with SDL 2/SDL Mixer. (this may be confusing to newcomers though)

Good point. Does anyone want to create a new tutorial based on SDL 2.0?On Sun, Mar 23, 2014 at 10:25 AM, Jonas Thiem wrote:
