SDL_mixer on Windows CE

I’ve found this question posted in a couple of places, but never with an answer.
Does anyone know how to build SDL_mixer for Windows CE? I underatand it’s been
done but I’ve tried and failed to do it myself.

Our game currently runs on Linux and Win32, and everything apart from sound
works in WinCE, so any help would be greatly appreciated as this would complete
the project!
