hiya, i am having a strange issue.
im making a game client/server and im testing localy by having the client
connect to 127.0.0.1
the issue im having is that it seemed to not be sending data, or losing data
or something so i put in some printf’s so i could see the flow of what was
happening and it works with the printf’s in. This is an issue on both the
server AND the client. I was thinking it was a mem corruption issue, even
though i thought the code was tight, but im begining to wonder if its a
loopback timing issue. Maybe the printf’s put enough delay in between the
sends that it gives the other side a chance to grab them before the buffer
gets full or something?
im transfering 2 files along with some commands that are a couple bytes in
length, the files are a text file that is 2k and a 35k jpg.
Anyone know whats going on with this?
