There’s lots of new stuff is on the SDL website:

  • JAD, a dungeon crawler being developed in the spirit of “Eye of the Beholder”,
    has been added to the games page.
  • David Olofson’s parallax scrolling demo has been added to the demos page.
  • SKobo, a port of the classic XKobo by David Olofson, has been added to the
    games page.
  • screenart, a palette animation based screen art demo, has been added to the
    demos page.
  • CINAG, a 2D top-down chess game by Arnaud Payement, has been added to the
    games page.
  • Linux SSN, a naval combat simulation under development by Michael Bridak,
    has been added to the games page.
  • Ataxx, a two-player chinese reflection game like othello, has been added
    to the games page.
  • Jp?tl?-PONG, a simple pong remix by Yoann Fayolle, has been added to the
    games page.
  • Cleansweep, a shoot-em-up arcade game by Liz Gordon, has been added to the
    games page.
  • SEL, a C++ extension library for SDL by Matej Knopp, has been added to the
    libraries page.
  • Barrel Patrol 3D, a game in which you have to protect your oil barrels from
    marauding enemy tanks, has been added to the games page.
  • Project 2501, a 3D multiplayer tank battle game under construction, has
    been added to the games page.
