SDL newsgroup udpate

For those of you that may have missed this tidbit of information because
of a minor problem:

The newsgroup <-> mail scripts have been modified a bit to allow
non-subscribers to post to the SDL list via the newsgroup.

If you’re posting to this newsgroup, you need not worry about a thing, it
will all be handled for you.

i’m sensing a newer problem with things :]
either that or rafael really wants to be sure nobody
missed on this tidbit?

(or am i the only one who’s seen this message 4-5 times now?)
