SDL + Qt4 on Mac OS X

Hi,

When I use SDL in my Qt4 application on Mac OS X, my About, Preferences and
Quit menu items disappear. Qt4 normally merges these items into the
application menu, however when SDL is added to the mix the items just
disappear.

Does anyone know how to stop this from happening?
