SDL-sdlpl-1.08 Released

First, I’d like to apologize to all of those who may have had questions with regards to
SDL on perl. Since I wrote the first version my life has taken a turn for the better,
but in short, become much much more busy.

I’d like to thank Wayne Keenan for doing the excellent job of bringing the sdlpl bindings
into the wonderful world of OpenGL. Once again thanks Wayne.

On to the News:

I'm pleased to announce that SDL-sdlpl-1.08 has been released and is available
from:
		http://sourceforge.net/projects/sdlpl

Additionally, development is moving to sourceforge, and the 1.08 branch has
become the main development branch for the time being. If you are interested
in contributing to the continuing development, or have any suggestions as
to how to make the sdlpl as useful as possible please contact me.

I will shortly open a mainling list for the discussion of developement using sdlpl:

		sdlpl-devel at lists.sourceforge.net

The reasons why:

For those who like conspiracies, I’ve decided to move to SourceForge for two reasons,
its free, and I use it at work internally. Also since the guys who write and maintain
it have their cubes next to mine, I actually can get things fixed when they break :)–
