what is a good book to pick up about SDL? I’ve heard about focus on SDL, but its out of stock at every book store I go to, are there any online tutorials you would recommend?

I’m sure both are out of date. Lazy Foo’s tutorials are popular.
www.sdltutorials.com has some good stuff too.
