SDL w/OpenGL on Haiku is broken

SDL with OpenGL isn’t working on Haiku. There’s a couple of tickets
relating to this that have been open for quite awhile. Perhaps
someone with some SDL and/or OpenGL experience and look a bit closer
at the issue and possibly fix it?
