Subject: [PATCH] Add some notes about compatibility issues to the README
 (issue #144)

Add two sections to the README about different compatibility issues:

1. Issues with OpenGL Scaling
2. Other issues with apps which access APIs directly.

In both cases, this is usually the fault of an OpenGL extension loader,
sometimes deep in a library.
