Hi,
anyone here has ever seen a strange behaviour that on some devices (some
S3 for example with Android 4.1.x) your screen has something like a red
overlay? For my game this happens on some devices. But not on all.
I would be interested whether anyone here has seen this strange issue or
even better what the problem was (if you have found a solution).
I’m using the SDL renderer api for Android and I’m never ever setting
the color to red.
Thanks

It looks like a surface format problem to me, we are tracking it here:

What can I log to help here?
current desktop mode: 1280x720 at 0Hz (SDL_PIXELFORMAT_RGB565)
I’ll watch the ticket and added a few lines there.
Thanks a lot.from my log I have caught the pixelformat.

I’m not sure whether I already replied to this mail - if I did, sorry
for double posting (sorry, it was a long day)
Is there any logging that I can provide to tackle the issue. This is a
quite serious issue for me, so please let me know which logs I should
add or can provide to help out. I will try to read the egl docs and read
the code to find obvious things, but as I don’t own a device where this
error occures it’s hard for me to fix the issue.
