SDL2 renderer problem in Windows 7

Hello all,
I have a next problem with SDL2.
The C# windows appilication create window. I call SDL_CreateWindowFrom with this handle and call SDL_CreateRenderer function.
For windows 10 SDL_CreateRenderer function create Direct3D renderer, but for windows 7 SDL_CreateRenderer function create Software renderer.
The example testnative works same.
The SDL_CreateWindow and SDL_CreateRenderer make OpenGL renderer in Windows 7.
Why OpenGL renderer can’t create for window maked by SDL_CreateWindowFrom?

Can I use Direct3D rendering for window maked by SDL_CreateWindowFrom?
I use SDL2 2.0.8 and MinGW-w64 compiler.

SDL_SetHint does not help.
