[SDL2]-Scale Display Window Based on Window Resize?

Hi,

Is there some function to scale the SDL2 display window after an SDL2 window resize?
My default SDL display window is 640x480 - on a resize how would I tell SDL2 to fill the new window size?
(it could be smaller or larger in either x and/or y dimensions)

Solution should work on display which would have textures and text.

I think what you want is to set the logical size. See the discussion in
