SDL2 YUV Surface

I have a video that I can caputre in YUV format only. In SDL1.2 I can create a YUVOverlay but in SDL2 I can’t . In SDL2 I can create texture but I need a Surface because I need save a image, If I use SDL_saveBMP I need a Surface

My question is Can I a YUV surface? or can save a Image from a Texture?
