Strange behaviour under Linux(Bug?)

I compiled a simple app (it uses OpenGL) with SDL.
A strange thing happens.
If I execute it as a normal user, the logou, login as rott, execute it, the
loggout, login as the previous user, and execute the app again, everithing
crashes (I can’t even use the reset button…)
I use X-free 3.3.6 and Utah-GLX (the last version), on a Matrox G400 32Mb

I was using the rmp (develop package).

Where are the X11 headers found in your distribution?

Anyway, I downloaded the source version, compiled the way you told me,
and

it works!!!

Great.
