Bug Report: In Windows, after returning from full-screen to windowed (by
toggling the bitflags,) there is a bug where you cannot place your mouse
over the title bar in order to drag the application or close it. If you
choose another application and then go back to the SDL app then all is fine.
If anyone knows how to fix this, I’d appreciate it. Thanks.
