Today is a SAD day for Linux gamers. Loki has gone under :(

In case you haven’t heard, Loki has decided
to cease operation, starting January 31.

The worst thing about this is that all the pro-MS FUD masters will be
touting the failure of Loki as “proof” that Linux gaming is either dead
or that it is impossible to make money on Linux games. When the truth is
that MOST game companies only last a few years no matter what platforms
they write games for. Small game companies spring up and fall down
almost as fast as mushrooms. Anyway, be prepared to counter the FUD that
will be spread over the next few months.
