It’s a wiki, anyone can edit it. It doesn’t take hacking.
The SDL wiki in particular is constantly spammed by bots because it
uses DocWiki – a lot more spammable than MediaWiki it seems (probably
lacks JS protection).
I’ve reverted the spam edit but this is a losing battle, sigh.
