Updated win32 cross-compile environment

I’ve updated the script to build a win32 cross-compiler, and it
now creates the same build environment that comes with MinGW 1.1
It should now be really easy to update it for newer MinGW versions. :slight_smile:

The script, updated cross-*.sh scripts, and precompiled binaries
are available at:
http://www.libsdl.org/extras/win32/cross/README.txt
