Using another library with SDL

Hi,

my last mail was about making menues and buttons with SDL, and since this is nor really possible, I decided to use gtkmm for making all the menues and etc. Is it possible to use the library in conjunction with SDL so that I would make the animations with SDL and menues & buttons with gtkmm on (in) one screen (window)?

There is a demo available how to use SDL with GTK in a window :

Maybe you can get the necessary things from that.
