Using GTK+ with CYGWIN?

Hello-----

I know there are many special libraries for SDL to code GUI
Stuff, but i want to use GTK+. Are there any good sites about
compiling, using it with CYGWIN ?? If anybody uses GTK+ with
CYGWIN please write here or better email me directly !!

You might want to see:

This does not use SDL though…
