There is a package available for Dev-C++ (I think only for V 5 beta) which
installs SDL (v1.2.4):
http://www.bloodshed.net/dev/packages/sdl.html

Just download the development package and install it using the Dev-C++
package manager (“Tools -> Package Manager”). You also need to download the
